Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders, outside purchases, and returns/exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store; manage core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule; clock in/out per policy; perform opening/closing duties.
