Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Utah to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will lead front-line teams, manage service programs, and coordinate daily store tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and proper staging of returned merchandise.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor work schedules and clock-in/out per policy; perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
