Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure phone coverage and timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and issue refunds with correct methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate merchandising tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
