Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Utah to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and operations. The role includes shift-management duties when managers are absent, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent service, handle store transactions, and ensure accurate processing of orders and returns while maintaining store appearance and security.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and refunds issued properly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before shipment.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, and secure money/deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
