Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Ogden, UT to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
Responsibilities
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
- Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately, and process refunds correctly.
- Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
