Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required or obtainable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders, contacting customers as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise invoices are completed before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted schedule and complete day-end responsibilities, including money handling and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
