Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist who will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

The position emphasizes leading by example in customer service, supervising team execution of service programs, and ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and program execution.
• Manage store opening/closing duties and money handling in accordance with policy.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and merchandising tasks efficiently.
