You will supervise in-store service levels and ensure proper handling of orders, returns, and deposits. Desirable candidates have auto parts experience, knowledge of automotive systems, and ASE/RSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
