O'Reilly Auto Parts in Mansfield, LA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role will also assume shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position prioritizes outstanding customer service, efficient store operations, and team leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules and clock in/out according to policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money deposits, security checks, and related tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
