Qualifications

- Ability to obtain RSS Certification after hire.

Responsibilities
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
- Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders.
- Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Perform all store opening and closing duties.
