Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Customer Service Lead to supervise the store team and ensure top-notch customer service for both retail and professional customers. You will manage daily operations including returns, transfers, stock invoicing, and scheduling adherence.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per company policy and orders/shipments are processed timely.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders with customer communication on shipments.
