Responsibilities

• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Perform daily store tasks such as stocking, planogram updates, and image maker updates.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, tests) as trained.
• Occasionally deliver items when needed.
