O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and team in sales, service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leaders. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, overseeing showroom activities, processing transfers and orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communications. A strong emphasis on teamwork and adherence to policy is required.

Formación

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor with program execution.
• Answer phone calls according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and inter-store transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase ledger.
• Ensure returns are processed and refunds issued correctly, with items staged properly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to work schedule, approvals for deviations, and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money, deposits, and alarm systems.
