Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Missouri seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. • Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and transfers promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and friendly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor work schedules and clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
