Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy compliance.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders promptly.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges with accurate payment processing.
