Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Loveland, OH is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations.

The role may involve shift management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Starting wages range from $11.00 to $17.00 per hour, with additional compensation based on performance and premiums where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience is desired.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desired.
• ASE Certification is desired.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Ensure phone is answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase ledger.
• Manage returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and proper handling of merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedules are followed and clock-in/clock-out are compliant with policy.
• Perform all opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
