Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Colorado to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and daily operations. You will help manage shifts in the absence of store leadership and assist with showroom service and store appearance, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The role involves leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, handling order processing, returns, and stock duties, and coordinating with management on daily tasks and security

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders on time and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and manage returns area.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure security systems are engaged.
• All other duties as assigned.
