O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and ensure programs are executed by the team.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns/exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before leaving.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team clock in/out and follow posted work schedule.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits and security.
• All other duties as assigned.
