Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service and operations.
• Supervise showroom customer service and program execution.
• Manage transfers and orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds with correct payments.
• Open/close duties; verify money and deposits; ensure security.
• Assist in shift management in the absence of store leadership.
