Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and implement service programs.
• Answer the telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store transfers and notify customers on shipments.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Efficiently process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct methods.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
