Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer phones according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and stage items properly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage related duties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedules; perform opening/closing duties.
• Perform day end procedures, deposit preparation, and security checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
