Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of service.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be valued for assisting a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification is desirable and multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer phone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges; issue refunds and manage returns area efficiently.
