Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member in Exton, PA to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while promoting rewards programs and omnichannel services. Responsibilities include helping customers, guiding product locations, and processing transactions with accuracy, all while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll when appropriate
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store by completing merchandise recovery and returns
