Job summary

The Michaels Stores location in Exton, PA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist with store operations. You will help customers find products, process transactions, and participate in omnichannel activities such as BOPIS and SFS. The role involves standing for long periods and performing merchandise duties.

Training and benefits are provided. Applicants should be at least sixteen years old and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain in-stock store condition
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact in a positive, respectful manner; promote company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
