Job summary

Michaels Store in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

In this role you’ll engage customers in the Rewards program, support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and follow SOPs and safety guidelines. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise, including returns/go back process.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
