Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Process checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
