Job summary

Michaels in Bellingham, MA is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain in-store presentation.

Responsibilities include participating in BOPIS and SFS workflows, promoting the Rewards program, and upholding safety, SOPs, and company policies. Must be 16+ and able to stand long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store in-stock condition.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
