Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and recover stock; support store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues, upholding company values.
