Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate fast and friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support store recovery, returns, and in-stock merchandising.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
