Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member at the Fresno Blackstone location to assist customers, run a fast, friendly checkout, and support in-store operations including unloading, stocking, and merchandising. Knowledge of rewards programs and omnichannel processes is a plus.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift, and move around the store, with occasional nights and weekend hours. Comprehensive store policies and safety procedures apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards and private label credit card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-Channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain store recovery, shelves, and planograms; keep in-stock levels.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
