Job summary

Michaels Stores in Fresno, CA is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers, handle checkout, and support omni-channel orders. You’ll participate in stocking, merchandising, and framing-related tasks while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to engage customers and explain rewards programs

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Stocking, merchandising, and planogram duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; be a positive role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
