Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in a busy store environment. The role involves helping customers, handling checkout transactions, and supporting omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC).
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance; manage returns/go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
