Job summary

Michaels in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Retail Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery to meet brand standards.

Flexible for evenings and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, framing merchandise, and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and help customers find products.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain shelves and planograms.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy and safety programs.
