• Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers to meet business priorities and deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing the operational strategy of assigned areas and the entire store.
• Demonstrate and uphold company policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality of information.
