Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a busy retail location, directing a team of officers, coordinating with the client, and ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and property daily.

You will run shift briefings, assign posts, oversee access control and patrols, maintain logs and incident reports, and provide clear summaries to the client. This role requires quick decision-making, mentorship, and a calm, professional presence under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail security experience, including supervisory duties.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to document incidents and maintain logs.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings and staff assignments to meet contract requirements.
• Oversee access control, patrols, visitor/vendor management, and incident response.
• Maintain logs and incident reports; provide clear summaries to the client.
• Provide coaching and onboarding support for new officers.
