Build strong client relationships, manage payroll, and align staffing with contractual goals. The role requires a four-year degree and at least two years of supervisory experience, with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in security, facilities management, military or law enforcement is preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/operations experience with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations for the assigned client site.
• Manage security staff including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property at the client site.
• Build strong relationships with client and employees; coordinate support services.
• Meet and exceed financial and operational goals and ensure quality customer service.
