Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising, training, and coordinating security operations at the Orlando post. This role focuses on maintaining post orders, directing Security Professionals, and ensuring client requirements are met on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3–5 years of security experience, and a valid Guard License, with strong communication and coaching abilities to develop a high-performing

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry, law enforcement or military preferred.
• Valid state Guard License; background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test; license must be maintained.
• Driving positions require valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and minimum insurance as per policy.
• Ability to train and coach others, enforce post orders and security standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract under the Account Manager; assign tasks to Security Professionals.
• Supervise shift supervisors and Security Professionals; motivate, coach, train; evaluate performance.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information; keep post organized and maintained.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding; conduct on-the-job training; respond to emergencies.
• Oversee reports, logs and communications; distribute information to Security Professionals.
• Manage sub-units like control room and loading docks; arrange extra coverage as needed.
• Respond to incidents; ensure proper reporting and timely notifications.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Account Manager; assist with investigations.
• Recommend counseling or disciplinary actions as directed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies; maintain positive client relations.
• May perform Security Professional duties up to 50% of time.
