Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Account Manager in Osceola, Arkansas. You will lead daily security operations, guiding and developing a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service for our clients.

Must have a valid driver’s license and 5+ years of security and supervisory experience; prior law enforcement, corrections, or military experience is encouraged. This role offers a path for growth within a global security leader.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in security management or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team with client relations.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site operations; manage inventory and equipment.
