Lowe's in Banner Elk, NC is seeking a Scheduling and Staffing Administrator to support store leadership with staffing, scheduling, training, compliance and payroll. You will maintain associate paperwork and update time and attendance records per Lowe's policies.

You will also assist in talent acquisition, coordinate onboarding, and help manage safety administration including Worker's Compensation and general liability matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• 2 years of administrative experience (data processing, scheduling, monitoring and tracking information, and using office software).
• 1 year of experience administering confidential staff information (personnel files and employment compliance data).
• 1 year of experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and talent acquisitions.
• Maintain associate files and payroll-related records.
• Support store leadership and HR with onboarding and compliance.
• Participate in Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims administration.

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
