Steve Madden is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor in Las Vegas to support the management team and lead a dynamic retail team. You will drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a bridge between customers, staff, and store leadership.

You will train and develop the team, coordinate resources, and participate in store operations while adapting to flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A strong focus on organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning, and inventory returns.
