American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, train and motivate associates, and drive sales while upholding our Guest First culture.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity to build guest loyalty.
Motivate and develop associates to meet AEO service standards.
Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate top performance.
Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, and adhere to policies.
