Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Model and coach customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback, create development plans, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure visual standards and brand guidelines are maintained across all store zones.
