Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader in Spring, TX. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing business strategy and directing daily operations, coaching high-performing sellers, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

You’ll drive sales, lead by example, recruit and train staff, and ensure merchandising and store standards are consistently met, while maintaining a focus on teamwork and integrity.

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for the team.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards, ensuring the fitting rooms are guest-ready.
