American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock Leader on Duty shifts, manage daily operations, train and motivate associates, and champion exceptional guest experiences.

You will align with AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. You will drive KPI results by maximizing productivity, lead by example, and recruit and develop talent to ensure a consistently excellent in-store environment, while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for driving sales and guest experience.
• Strong leadership with accountability to service standards.
• Experience recruiting and training strong talent.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate teams with real-time feedback.
• Innovative in daily visual and operational procedures (shipment processing, merchandising, standards).
• Commitment to store safety, asset protection, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, upholding AEO service standards on the floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to maintain staffing aligned with business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to achieve KPI goals.
• Execute daily visual/operational tasks including shipments and merchandising while keeping fitting rooms guest-ready.
