Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Dallas to support the Store Leadership Team. You will manage Leader on Duty shifts and daily operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales while upholding our values and guest-first approach.

You will lead a team, uphold service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room, and contribute to store success through performance coaching and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required or preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset and KPI focus.
• Ability to train and motivate store associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Leader on Duty shifts and daily store operations.
• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach and develop associates to maintain AEO service standards.
• Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Direct visual and store operations, including shipments and merchandising.
