Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) in Florida. The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all assigned tasks, stepping in for Store Manager or Assistant Manager when needed.

You will lead a customer-focused team, drive sales targets, train staff, coordinate floor moves, merchandising, and daily store operations. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required; benefits include health coverage, retirement options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organization and people coordination skills.
• Excellent team-building and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales staff, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning, and stock returns.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside of your specific role when needed.
