You will lead the team in the absence of managers, assist in training, coordinate floor moves, merchandising, and inventory tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Assist in training and developing the sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including merchandising, floor moves, inventory returns as needed.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside of your role when required.
