Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to hit sales targets and deliver great customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales staff, and Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team, management and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including floor moves, merchandising, and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside of your specific role when needed.
