Job summary

Living Spaces in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on guest engagement and achieving revenue targets.

You will coach associates, manage staffing and schedules, model our engagement sales approach, track performance, and uphold guest experience standards. Experience in retail leadership, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Tableau are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach store team to ensure guest engagement and sales targets.
• Ensure adequate staffing and staffing schedules.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during interactions with guests.
• Lead sales floor and guest engagement leadership responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure completion of daily task lists and ongoing development training.
• Address escalated guest situations and provide resolutions.
• Analyze data to assess departmental focus and performance.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture and servant leadership.
