Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED; 1 year retail experience preferred; high-volume experience preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Computer Skills: Experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a primary focus on training and development on sales proficiency process.
• Execute style guide directives by overseeing merchandising, visual and labeling.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams.
• Drive proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and link to sales outcomes.
• Support the store to delight guests and achieve revenue targets.
